Veteran Chef Sameh Awad Youssef has returned to Holiday Inn Dubai – Al Barsha as Executive Chef with a new vigour. He was part of the hotel’s opening team and served the award-winning hotel as Executive Sous Chef. He made an invaluable contribution in the training of kitchen staff as well as the soft opening of the various food and beverage outlets at the hotel.
