DAY 1 Arrival Shanghai    ( -/-/D)


Board flight from your home city to Shanghai via Colombo.

On arrival at Shanghai Pudong International airport,we will be met  by our representative and transferred to the hotel to check in.

Dinner at an Indian restaurant.

Overnight stay at the hotel.

DAY 2  Shanghai Tour      (B/L/D)


After breakfast , visit a Buddhist shrine – Jade Buddha Temple.

It is named for its  bejeweled white jade Buddha. Carved from a whole piece of white jade, the sitting jade Buddha statue is translucent with a solemn expression, displaying the excellent skill and extraordinary art of Chinese people.

Yuyuan Garden has many scenic courtyards decorated with baroque crockery, pools and flora that are all connected by corridors and passageways.

 Then we will visit the Silk Factory. The shopping trip will begin in Nanjing Road which starts at the Bund and runs westward, with People’s Square in the middle. Renowned for its bustling modernization,Nanjing Road earns its reputation as the ‘First Commercial Road in China’.

Lunch at a local restaurant.

Later on visit Zhujiajiao, located in a suburb of Shanghai city, is an ancient water town well-known with a history of more than 1700 years. Covering an area of 47 square kilometers, the little fan-shaped town glimmers like a bright pearl in the landscape of lakes and mountains. Endowed with another elegant name – ‘Pearl Stream’ – the little town is the best-preserved among the four ancient towns in Shanghai.

DAY 3 Shanghai Museum –  The Bund, Ap Market    (B/L/D)

After breakfast proceed to visit Shanghai Museum.

Lunch from a local restaurant and visit the AP market

Then we come to the Bund,the renowned waterfront district is the city’s most famous landmark. It is also a popular site to enjoy the night view of the city.

Enjoy the river cruise.

Oriental TV Tower,of which we do an outside visit was completed on October 1, 1994. The tower has a height of 468 meters. With multi-functions of sightseeing, catering, shopping, amusement and accommodations, this tower has become the symbol of the city and a popular tourist attraction in Shanghai.

After a wonderful trip today, you drive back to Shanghai.

Dinner at  local restaurant. Overnight stay at the hotel.

DAY 4 Shanghai -Beijing    (B/L/D)


After breakfast you will be transferred to the train station to board the bullet train to Beijing.

On arrival, transfer to the hotel after lunch from a local restaurant. Check in and relax.

Evening enjoy an acrobatic show.

Dinner at an Indian restaurant. Overnight stay at the hotel.

DAY 5 Beijing (B/L/D)


After the breakfast drive 75 Kms to visit the Great Wall at Juyong pass which is the symbol of China and the wisdom of Chinese people. It is very unbelievable that the Chinese succeeded in building such a great architecture with simple tools in ancient times.

Lunch at a local restaurant

Then we visit Jade Factory.

We will have a shortstop and take photos in Beijing Olympic Park, where you can see the outside view of the Olympic Stadium– Bird’s Nest and National Aquatics Center –Water Cube.

Dinner at an Indian restaurant

Overnight stay at the hotel.

DAY 6 Beijing Tour + Departure    (B/L/-)


After breakfast check-out from hotel in the morning to visit Forbidden City.

It is the imperial palace for 24 emperors during Ming and Qing Dynasties and the biggest ancient architecture complex in the world. You walk in the museum to see with your eyes, to touch with your hands and feel with your hearts.

Later proceed to visit the biggest public square in the world, Tian’anmen Square which conquers you with its grandeur at first sight.

Later enjoy the magnificent Summer Palace ,sa vast ensemble of lakes, gardens, and palaces in Beijing. It was an imperial garden in the Qing Dynasty. Mainly dominated by Longevity Hill and Kunming Lake, it covers an expanse of 2.9 square kilometres, three-quarters of which is water.

Proceed to visit the pearl factory and Xiushui market for shopping. Later, check out from the hotel and transfer to airport to board your flight back to your home city.
