DEPART FROM KERALA & ARRIVE MOSCOW
DAY 01 : MOSCOW
Upon arrival by noon and after immigration and baggage retrieval, you will be provided with light refreshments. Subsequently you will be transferred to the hotel for check in.
Later proceed for a river cruise.
Dinner at Indian restaurant.
Overnight at hotel.
DAY 02 : METRO TOUR – KREMLIN- ARBAT STREET :
Morning after breakfast, proceed for a half day Metro Tour – See Moscow’s unique and beautiful metro stations on a 1.5-hour tour of the Soviet palaces that were built for the people. See the marble pillars, stained glass, and ornate sculptures that make the Moscow metro unlike any other metro system in the world.
Then visit the KREMLIN TERRITORY & CATHEDRALS – a beautiful fortress in the heart of the city full of history and legends. It used to be a residence of Russian tsars and communist leaders and now it’s a working place of the president of Russia. Behind medieval walls you will discover the oldest square of Moscow and amazing cathedrals where Russian rulers used to get married, crowned and buried.

Then proceed to Museum of Cosmonautics. The Museum of Cosmonautics opened its doors to public on April 10th, 1981, 20th Anniversary of the first manned space flight. Museum exposition gives a retrospect on how Soviet space science evolved starting from first man-made satellites subsequently followed by the first manned space flight, first space walks, Moon exploration programs.
Next we visit the RED SQUARE. This separates the Kremlin, the former royal citadel and now the official residence of the President of Russia, from a historic merchant quarter known as Kitai-gorod. Red Square is often considered to be the central square of Moscow since the city’s major streets, which connect to Russia’s major highways, originate in the square, followed by a visit to St. Basil’s Cathedral (outside), Lenin’s Mausoleum.
Then to the Arbat Street – The most touristic street of Moscow is where your shopping requirements are met in addition to some great photo opportunities.

DAY 03 : ARRIVAL ST.PETERSBURG
After early lunch proceeds to Moscow railway station to catch Sapsan train to Saint Petersburg. Travel at speeds of 200 – 250 kmph during this 4 hour train ride.
Arrive in St. Petersburg to a warm welcome!
Upon arrival, proceed for a panoramic tour of St. Petersburg – the sheer grandeur and history of Russia’s imperial capital never fail to amaze visitors, but this is also a city with a revolutionary spirit, be it literature, social changes or development.
Later on proceed for dinner at Indian restaurant and check in to hotel
DAY 04 : PUSHKIN – PALACE OF CATHEDRAL
After breakfast, proceed to admire Catherine Palace. This Palace near St. Petersburg is one of the world’s greatest royal residences.
Step back to the days of Russia’s 18th-century Tsars on a 4-hour tour of the Catherine Palace in Pushkin, formerly called Tsarskoye Selo or Detskoye Selo during Soviet times.
Ogle the gold and marble interiors, including the Amber Room, spectacularly coated in amber and mirrors; and admire the gardens.
Lunch at Local restaurant.
After lunch, we visit Peter and Paul Fortress at Zayachy Island. This is St. Petersburg’s version of the Kremlin, the most popular tourist attraction in the entire city. The fortress is a historic landmark and its curtain walls and bastions are now home to the State Museum of the History of St. Petersburg.
St. Isaac’s Cathedral is arguably the most magnificent church in the city. The cathedral was adorned with 400 works including sculptures, paintings, and mosaics.
The Church of the Savior on Spilled Blood is one of the main sights of St. Petersburg, Russia. Other names include the Church on Spilled Blood, the Temple of the Savior on Spilled Blood, and the Cathedral of the Resurrection of Christ.
Later we head for the Vodka history & tasting experience.
In the evening, proceed for Russian Folklore show. Dinner at Indian restaurant.
Overnight stay at the Hotel.
Day 05 : PETERHOFF – Hermitage, Peterhof, Vodka tour, Battleship of Aurora, Grand Palace & Park
After breakfast visit HERMITAGE– The Winter Palace is a fabulously large green, white, and gold building on the banks of the Neva River, and houses the world-famous Hermitage Museum, that epitomizes Russia’s love affair with art and culture. It is the home to the largest collection of paintings in the world. The total number of pieces kept by the museum tallies to somewhere around 3 million.
Then proceed to visit the Peterhof Palace. The Peterhof Palace is a series of palaces and gardens located in Peterhof, Saint Petersburg, Russia, laid out on the orders of Peter the Great. These palaces and gardens are sometimes referred as the “Russian Versailles”. The palace-ensemble along with the city center is recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
Lunch at local restaurant.
Then visit the Battleship of Aurora. As a museum ship, the cruiser Aurora became one of the many tourist attractions of Leningrad (now St. Petersburg), and continued to be a symbol of the October Socialist Revolution and a prominent attribute of Russian history. In addition to the museum space, a part of the ship continued to house a naval crew whose duties included caring for the ship, providing security and participating in government and military ceremonies. The crew was considered to be on active duty and was subject to military training and laws.

DAY 06: DEPARTURE:
After early breakfast, transfer to Airport to connect flight to Moscow and from there, back to home with happy memories.
